You can get an excellent physical health doing exercise as jogging, swimming, dancing or just walking 20 minutes every day. How ever it is just as important to eat healthy food, for example:
Vegetables, salads, rice and include a few types of meat.
If you practice any sport it is important that you drink water several time a day.
You should go to the doctor for a checkup at leas once a year.
I think that to get a good health is also necessary to live in peace with everybody and everything, you need to respect your body and mind, respect to all things in this world, learn to love yourself, learn to listen your hearth and always keep a young soul.
